Bulk registrations

The companion’s registration includes attendance at the official dinner.
Registrations made after September 14th will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
For the purposes of registration at the Annual Meeting, those who are members in the different categories and can apply the corresponding discounts are those who became members before June 1st, 2026. Furthermore, in order to benefit from these discounts in the different member rates, it is a mandatory requirement to be up to date with the payment of annual dues.
Those members who, regardless of when they joined the Society, are under 35 years old, are not employed, and are pursuing undergraduate, master’s or doctoral studies related to the field shall be charged the registration fees corresponding to “Young Members”.
Cancellations of registrations communicated to the SNE secretariat on or before September 14th will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations communicated after that date will not be entitled to any refund.
