Óscar Barrero holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Zaragoza and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School. He is the Partner responsible for the Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources sector at PwC Spain and coordinates the Spanish firm’s Sustainability services platform. His professional background has focused on business consulting within the sector, with more than 25 years of experience in strategy, business planning, regulation, markets and operational transformation projects.
