The prices listed for modular stands include the following services:
- Rental and assembly of a modular stand according to the contracted dimensions, including:
- Floor carpet/covering
- Modular structure 2.5m high and 1m deep, placed at the back of the stand, with storage and lockable door.
- Furniture: counter, round high table and two bar stools.
- Electrical installation, including a basic floor electrical panel and lighting with 2 LED spotlights.
- Full-colour printed graphics on foam board covering the entire storage unit, plus colour vinyl on the visible front of the counter.
NOTICE: Any item not included in the standard furniture (additional decoration, custom furniture, etc.) must be arranged and contracted directly by the exhibitor.

Booking Conditions
- Stand reservations must be made by email: reunionanual@sne.es
- When making a reservation, please indicate the number of modules required.
- The final stand layout will be determined in accordance with the procedure established by the Spanish Nuclear Society, as set out in the Stand Allocation Guide.
Set-up and Dismantling
- CUSTOM DESIGN stands may begin set-up on the Monday of the week in which the Annual Meeting takes place, from 9:00 am.
- Stand set-up must be completed by the day before the Annual Meeting, no later than 8:00 pm.
- Dismantling will take place on the last day of the Annual Meeting from 3:00 pm onwards.
- Any matter not covered by these booking conditions will be resolved by the Organising Committee of the 52nd SNE Annual Meeting.
